We design, build, manage and maintain infrastructure systems to connect people and improve their lives. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment, communicates effectively with both field and office personnel, and has a proven track record of delivering utility construction projects safely, on time, and within budget. Experience managing projects throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area and maintaining strong relationships with municipalities, inspectors, and clients is highly desirable.
Key Requirements:
Experience with project management software such as Procore, HCSS, HeavyJob, HeavyBid, Viewpoint, or similar platforms preferred
High level of professionalism and accountability

Project Documentation – Follows JBCC procedures to detail, measure and document per project requirements
Submittals/Material Management – Comply with all project submittal requirements. Accurate log and track submittal status and push for approval with sense of urgency.
Relationships – Responsible to ensure collaborative team approach to all projects. This includes maintaining a positive relationship with all parties involved in the project: customer, resident engineer, foreman, construction manager, key suppliers, and key subcontractors.
