This project was very complex due to the amount of utilities needed to installed/ removed and relocated. We bypass pumped the sewer utilities on Houston St. while we installed the new 36” sewer line on site between Houston st. & River St. While bypass pumping and sewer utilities were being installed and removed we were also installing new electrical duct bank and manholes onsite, on Field St., at the intersections of Nowitzki way & Field St., Field st. & River St., and Houston St. & Nowitzki Way. The coordination between us, Balfour Beatty, and the City of Dallas was paramount to a successful project. Traffic Control took a great deal of planning and sequencing for all the utilities installed in the public ROW.
