John Burns partnered with Dish Network to complete a series of new site and tower builds across Chicago and Northwest Indiana. This complex project required close coordination with multiple union subcontractors—including roofing, masonry, electrical, ironwork, and carpentry trades—as well as ongoing communication with property owners and landlords to ensure minimal disruption and respectful site management. Many of the rooftop installations presented unique logistical challenges, including the need for helicopter lifts during narrow shutdown windows. Our team carefully scheduled each phase of the project to align with these requirements, while maintaining clear communication with the client throughout.
