Key Responsibilities

• Manage job costing, financial reporting, and project tracking
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reports
• Monitor budgets, costs, and project profitability
• Support accounts payable and receivable processes
• Assist with audits, tax preparation, and compliance
• Work closely with project managers to track financial performance
• Maintain accuracy across all accounting systems and records

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience (construction preferred)
• Strong understanding of job costing and project-based accounting
• Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, etc.)
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
